Hi @dawnselby
How are you today?
Adjusting to a new lifestyle is very challenging. I'm sure everyone in this group can relate to what you are experiencing.
We recently published interviews with several breast cancer survivors for Pink October. I will share them here, perhaps they can be reassuring.
“I am living proof that it can be ok!”
You are beautiful and you are a warrior. Always remember that
Live in the present because sometimes that's all we have
I will also tag a few other members, perhaps they have some experiences they can share with you.

I am finding it very hard to accept all the side effects of the medication as it has turned my life as I knew it upside down.
I am no longer the happy energetic person I was.
I miss my freedom of getting out and about.
My life is sooooooo limited now if I do anything strenuous for a while I then am shattered and need to take painkillers and go to bed for a good few hrs.
