Hi I have not been hear for a will but I am still dealing with my depression and other health issues now but I keep my self on the go because for me it do’s help me to stop me from falling and start going over everything thing from my pass until where I am now and also when I am out I am always thinking of what other think of me when I start talking to them to so I have my very bad day and I also have some good days to over the last little will I have had quiet a lot of bad but I try and stop my self from going over everything and everything about me and what’s wrong with me and why people do not want to now me or why they do not like me at all but I have always done that and it is the some with the passed I go over everything detail of my passed and what was it I did to be like this and for people to not want to now me. But I just try and keep my head up and keep looking forward and I do this by helping people I now and I started doing courses work thing I am interested in studying and I try and get back into me reading to but I still have my thoughts with my all the time. And my medication it helping up to a point so I hope all of yous are doing well and are keep going forward too.

@Sammy240 Thank you very much for this message, I am glad to hear that you are keeping strong. I find reading helps me too when I am experiencing depresisng thoughts, it is a wonderful form of escapism or me.

Hi all..
Im new to this website as I'm desperate for help (again). I start suffering from Depression & Anxiety when I was 19 years old. I'm 20 now. During my worst time I started on antidepressants and honestly thought I was better. However, I stopped taking these 2 months ago, and for the past month or so I've been feeling very low. It's getting particuarly bad the bast few days, that i'm feeling suicidal ( which terrifies me ). I havent told any of my family about this, as I dont want to put them through the worrying again.
So I guess thats why I joined here.. for some support and where to go from here.
