I have stable epilepsy which is not such a problem till it comes to finding medication for my depression which doesn't interfere with my anti convulsant.
I do sometime wish for a simpler life.......

Hi there, Tis true Lee, gaining knowledge is a help to a better understanding of multi conditions & even just one condition . Helps you manage , time & plan (if you can) I must say, I don't got all out to seek every detail. I'm more relaxed & try to monitor how they affect me.
Living with others with depression is a nightmare ....Does anyone else have any tips/advice as I'm getting uptight & inpatient.
Thank You & Take care

Hi Cazcash, I suffer from other ailments along with depression. I also live with someone suffering from depression + a terminal illness. It can be hard not to lose patience but having been there I can relate to how he feels [depression side]. I am now on the other side of a very dark tunnel but I still do get low moods; just like the rest of the population. I try and remove myself from any situation when I feel myself getting impatient /uptight. We try and do simple things like walking the dog, or listening to music. Now is a great time to get out in to the garden which is so beneficial for the mind.
Do things that you enjoy doing without the other person. Being away even for a short time is all that you may need to recharge your batteries .
Life throws so many spanners at us doesn't it? I wish you well. Take care of yourself. x

I take each day as it comes, try to have a focus for that day. Today is pretty good, but it gives me a nudge every now and again. H
