Not fantastic at the moment feel very tired and a bit depressed, just went and had my covid jab again, to help not catch covid, also was told if I want the bird flu injection. I have to phone my GP so I'm going to try and get that one as well as this can help protect the lungs and having emphysema and copd it worth asking about it, I'm still waiting for a respiratory appointment and I was told I need a nebulizer but I've not heard anything about that, also waiting to see specialist for my hearing, and also waiting for appointment for to see rheumatologist it's just wait wait nobody seems to bother when you reach 70 plus, it's rediculous

Feeling a bit anxious today, as well as extremely tired. Car is going for its MOT, which stresses me out. Manjaro is playing havoc with my body, on top of my Sleep Apnea so I’ve been up and down all night.
I’ll get through the day though as the sun is shining and I’ve lost another 4 pounds so will be under my halfway point for stopping the pre diabetes 🥰
