I don't have a lot of faith in herbs and non-scientific stuf to be fair, I try to take my supplements (vit D, magnesium, B12, etc.) and go for a nice infusion before bed with ginger and turmeric

Hello everyone,
How are you doing today? π
Managing MS symptoms can include medications, physical therapies, and complementary approaches like phytotherapy .
Phytotherapy uses medicinal plants to treat or alleviate symptoms. Plants like ginkgo biloba , turmeric , and lemon balm are known for their anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective properties, potentially benefiting those with MS.
However, consulting a healthcare professional is essential before incorporating medicinal plants into your treatment plan , as they may interact with other medications.
Have you used phytotherapy for managing your MS symptoms? Which remedy was most effective for you? Did you experience any side effects or interactions with your medications?
Come and comment below!
Thank you and have a great day,
Somya from the Carenity team πΌ
