Hello everyone,

How are you today? emoticon cute

Going through breast cancer and its treatments can be stressful and overwhelming and can make it hard to stay positive.

What helps or helped you to maintain a positive attitude during your treatment? How do you stay motivated to get through it?

hi Courtney,

I try to look on the bright side of things. I keep a diary where I try to record everything good that's been happening to me and to people I love. I also try to do things I like doing, like swimming, and going for a walk, but also reading. I try to surround myself with positive, kind and caring people. I guess that's what has helped me through all these years. Butit took me a lot of time, as in the beginning I struggled to keep myself out of depression.
