@thelicencee sorry to hear about your problems. I have felt so low during family issues that I have felt so lost and unsure of where my next move would be. I have had depression for over twenty years. My family and friends were a great help, even if it’s just a chat. I would do this if were in your situation, I have even engaged total strangers when I was down. It helps to talk to people when your feeling low. Hope you get better soon, feel free to contact me any time for a chat or whatever helps you. John Marshall .

@Toriebud @Bigj1969 I agree that talking is the best way, though it can be really hard. Sometimes I too strike up conversations with people in cafes and it helps to have a kind word :)

Hi guys! How are you lately?

Have you seen the new discussion on the forum? @mdk32824‍ shares his idea of wearing coloured wrist bands to signal his family how he feels. Have you ever thought of that? You can talk to him here or by answering his post: https://member.carenity.co.ukhttps://www.carenity.co.uk/forum/other-discussions/living-with-depression/rag-bands-2920

Hope you are all doing as good as possible!

Regards,

Josephine

Hello members,

@Starie‍ who just joined the forum is feeling rather down and like she gets no support from her partner. Have any of you ever been through a similar situation in your lives? What did you do to pull yourself back up? You can reply here or read Starie's original thread here >>> No Support

Thanks for your support, everyone!emoticon highfive
