In the UK, there’s been a shift toward starting disease-modifying treatments (DMTs) earlier — sometimes even right after diagnosis — to help slow progression and reduce relapses.

For some, this feels reassuring. For others, it can feel overwhelming to make treatment decisions so quickly.
