Same here. I have been on LDN for about two years now for Crohn'sDisease. No side effects just a few vivid dreams at first which was actually very pleasant. No issues, worth a try.

No side effects for me either. I was advised to take it in the morning rather than at night when I started taking it as I had difficulty sleeping anyway at the time & LDN can affect sleep. I swapped to nighttime dose after I’d been on it a while at full dose with no ill effects.

Hello everyone!
Has anyone tried LDN as a treatment? If so, have you had any side effects? or has it helped?
Don't be shy and share. Sharing can help others to cope and prevent!
