Does anyone know anything about hormonal imbalances and depression?
Unregistered member
Hi @Saffi78 - there is a good article here:
https://www.bodylogicmd.com/for-women/hormones-and-depression
It starts off about depression in menopause and pre-menopause, but further down it goes into the hormones that cause depression if imbalanced.

@Smudge74 , There are many different things you could try , like Moclobemide ( Manerix/Aurorix ) this really helped me through some of the worst times of my life . It really brings you up . The only main side effect is sleep disturbances , but this is usually prescribed with a sedative ( ie. Promethazine , Zolpidem Tatarate , Zopiclone or something like Tamazepam . Try asking your Psychiatrist or doctor about it
