I’ve tried hydrotherapy and found it really helpful, especially for reducing stiffness and making movement easier without putting too much strain on the body. The main downside for me was access and scheduling, but overall it felt very supportive. I’d definitely recommend it to others with MS, especially for gentle exercise and pain relief

Hi everyone! 😊
Hydrotherapy (aquatic physiotherapy) is often recommended for people with MS. The water helps support movement, reduce pain, and increase flexibility. But is it really helpful?
