Hello everyone,
I hope you're doing well!
We are currently conducting a large-scale survey of patients with multiple sclerosis. The aim of this research is to assess fatigue-related symptoms and their impact on the daily lives of adult patients with relapsing MS.
We would like to get your feedback on the impact of fatigue on your daily life.
How do fatigue-related symptoms affect your life? What solutions do you use to cope with fatigue?

Your answers will provide valuable information about the burden of fatigue. Respondents will be compensated for their dedication with £25 for each round, and up to £75 if they complete the full survey.
Have a great day,
Courtney and the Carenity Team
