I once travelled to the West Coast of America on a Coach tour. In the Day we visited Death Valley briefly. Then we were taken 10,000 up to a Hotel in Mammoth Mountain. With the difference in altitude I suffered an MS relapse that night, affecting my legs feeling numb.I can only put it down to the altitude affecting me.

Travelling with MS can require a bit of planning, but many patients continue to explore the world while taking their specific needs into account (transport, treatment, accessibility, etc.).
👉 Have you ever travelled with MS? Feel free to share your experiences!
👉What types of trips do you prefer (destinations, length, seasons)?
👉How do you prepare for your travels (medications, accessibility, insurance, etc.)?
👉Have you encountered any challenges? What advice would you give to fellow patients?
Your experiences are valuable — feel free to share in the comments!
Have a lovely day,
Somya.P from the Carenity team 💞
