Hello everyone 😊

In the UK, more digital tools are being introduced β€” from apps that track symptoms to remote consultations and monitoring.

For some, this makes care more flexible. For others, it may feel less personal or harder to navigate.

πŸ’¬ What do you think?

  • Have you used apps or digital tools to track your MS symptoms?
  • How do you feel about remote appointments vs in-person visits?
  • What works well for you β€” and what doesn’t?

πŸ“± Let’s share experiences β€” your feedback could help others find what works best.

I’ve tried using apps to track symptoms, and they can be useful for spotting patterns and staying organised. Remote appointments are convenient, but I still prefer in-person visits when I need a more in-depth discussion or assessment. Overall, digital tools are helpful, but I see them as a complement rather than a replacement for face-to-face care
