Pain before I walk and worse the more I'm on my feet and even more when I stop, sickening ATM and I've not left the house. Hard not to wish this hell would stop or just a small break would be nice. God I hate living and look forward to my end. Pain clinic next week and after visits in past years I don't hold out much hope of help. Either give me adi1ua6pain relief or let me decide when I end this shite for good. 10 years and my last living dog will be gone I reckon so until then it's 10 years of hell. Sorry to spoil people's day who read this as I'm sure everyone is suffering one way or another.

Hi everyone ๐
With multiple sclerosis (MS), walking can sometimes start out normally and become harder the longer you keep going.
Your legs may begin to feel heavy, weak or less coordinated. You might need to slow down, stop for a rest or think carefully about how far you can manage before leaving home.
This is sometimes described as walking fatigability, and recent MS research is looking more closely at why walking becomes progressively harder during activity.
๐ฌ Weโd love to hear about your experience:
MS fatigue isnโt always about feeling sleepy. Sometimes it can feel like your body simply runs out of power.
How would you describe walking fatigue to someone who has never experienced it?
With care,
Razar from the Carenity team ๐
